Seven Basic Requirements for Non-Profit Organizations

 

 

  1. Names and Mailing Address of Board of Directors/Trustees (At least a total of five people)
  2. Current and Projected Monthly Expenses for the next three years
  3. Current Bank Statements (if available)
  4. Mission Statement (for outreach organizations) and Statement of Faith (for Religious organizations)
  5. Breakdown of Outreach activities and the years you plan to implement the activities (be specific and list activities separately)
  6. Number of Projected Members for the next three years
  7. Membership Requirements
